Great and very friendly service. I was on a bike tour across Germany and despite a lot of work in the workshop I received professional help right away! Thanks a lot for this.
Was in the workshop with my daughter today. Since the "actually" necessary repair could not be carried out (material procurement problem), a pragmatic solution was found in which we were provided with tools and professional expertise. Many thanks for that, very personable workshop.
