Went there to get some advice because my bike was making unusually loud sounds. The guy test rode it for a minute, came back and said "there's nothing wrong it's a normal sound, probably the internal cable routing" went home frustrated and checked the problem myself. Turned out my cassette was completely loose and wobbly. The guy didn't even look at it. So much for a professional bike shop. Also marked up the lower end shimano 105 chain to match the price of the mid class ultegra chain. They do have a nice helmet selection

Great selection of bikes and gear. The staff was very helpful and didn't try to pressure you into something you didn't need. I am new to biking and the staff explained everything to make it easier for me, which was really great!! It is a very busy place so have patience and you'll have a great experience buying or just learning something new about biking.

One of the better bike shops in KL in terms of choice. I was well served, but after-sales service for me is 0 stars, the only goal is to make a profit. I rarely rate badly, but here I join the negative reviews. I don't shop there anymore.
