Was traveling through Germany on the Elbe cycle path and had a break down with the gear hanger which was unreplaceable from stock parts. The team at Fahrradhaus Kralisch set about making the part from scratch & therefore able to continue the tour. Exception service and great value for money, highly appreciated and therefore receives my upmost recommendation.

I can't understand the good reviews. Even the elderly lady when you enter this shop - instead of saying good morning, you would rather ask if you are allowed in - totally unfriendly. We weren't really advised either, during the consultation the seller was called to another customer (we didn't see anyone). We then bought our 2 e-bikes from another dealer in Wittenberg, who showed real interest in selling. It's a shame about the time we wasted there during our vacation.

What a great service !!! We had a problem with the battery of our e-bike and were afraid of a larger and longer repair. In the workshop the problem was solved with one hand and we were able to continue driving immediately. Thank you so much!
