Awesome workshop and team. Brought in two bikes to fix, took them less than 24 hours. Fair prices, too and both bikes are running like a charm now. Highly recommended!

Very good communication with the service. I handed in my half-disassembled bike. My colleagues got in touch the next day and discussed problems and solutions with me. I thought that was very good! The bike was quickly repaired, although some parts would need to be ordered. I am really excited !! I would love to come back!

Am very disappointed. Come from Hamburg to work in Tornesch by bike. Today (Mon) I just made it until I noticed the record. Schawo is within walking distance. Unfortunately, I was immediately turned away, with the advice that it would not be possible to mend a flat the whole week (15-20 minutes?), It would be too much work on the farm - I should repair it myself! I left with my defective bike without having achieved anything. I have to get a car now and will repair the bike myself at home in HH. I work nearby in a company with several hundred employees. I will probably not recommend you to others. Too bad.

We have known the Schawo bicycle store for a long time as a competent and customer-oriented specialist shop. Now we have also bought two "Stromers". Only with Mr. Schawo and his employees did we get the impression that we could make the best selection without any pressure to sell. Even after the purchase, we receive the best advice and support. Good for Tornesch, we can only recommend Haus Schawo.

In my opinion the best bike dealer you can find far and wide. I took over my new e-bike (pedelec) there a fortnight ago. The previous advice was very good. This continued when the bike was handed over. Absolutely convincing. Tonight I noticed that the front lamp was no longer working. We drove straight to Schawo and the light was changed shortly before 6 p.m., although there were other customers in the yard. You couldn't get more service ....
