The negative reviews I really can not understand. Contrary to some reviews, we were able to say that you will be greeted warmly at the bicycle exchange immediately. We were more than competent advice - it was on each of our questions received and despite a lively clientele you have taken enough time for our questions and requests.
In addition, you can after the purchase at any time to the bike market, if a repair should be necessary (including rental bike during the repair time). It could not be better.
We will definitely be back :-)
I was looking for a new bike for my 6 year old son. The welcome and advice was really great! I felt well advised here. My son was also involved. So a carefree service! I thought!
It was agreed that I will be called when the bike is ready for pickup. Unfortunately, I had to ask myself after 11 days. The handover was more like a quick check-in! I have the feeling that only the sale counts here. I did not even ask for a discount.
I'm not quite as satisfied as I was at the beginning!
