I had a flat tire the day before vacation. The bike was brought there at 9:00 a.m., because the bike should be taken on vacation the next day. Unfortunately, the workshop didn't have an appointment to fix the breakdown. The employee recommended that I look for another workshop or repair the bike myself.
What use is the value guarantee with puncture protection concluded there if, in the event of a breakdown, it is not resolved there spontaneously?
Had flat tires on a bike tour. Fair spare parts prices and great service. The bike jacket and tube were immediately and straightforwardly
changed. There was also a coffee and we could continue our tour.
On my bike tour through Schleswig-Holstein, I had problems with shifting gears in the morning. Without hesitation, Preuss helped me immediately and without waiting. Very friendly, helpful bicycle workshop, I would always ask for help! Many Thanks!
Registration for the inspection is mandatory, I think it's okay. The work on my e-bike has been carried out to my satisfaction and the employees in the workshop are friendly and courteous. I can only recommend the bike shop and the boss Karsten Preuss is always open to discussions.
