Transalp-Bikes Custom MTB

I have been driving the TRANSALP SUMMITRIDER TEAM X12 27.5ER for 4 years and I am still very satisfied. 👍👌 Greetings from Belgium.

The last time I dealt with MTB was over twenty years ago. I wanted to buy something new to do more sport. I read specialist literature and looked at what there is in the area for dealers. That's where I came across Transalp bikes, among other things. Family businesses have always been likeable to me. So drove by right away. At first everything was a bit inconspicuous. A small back yard and no great signs. What can I say? After entering the small shop, I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner, even after I recognized myself as an absolute newcomer to the field on a tight budget. I was still given super expert advice and some models were shown to me. My previous experience with other dealers has been rather negative. Once they found out that I didn't want to buy an e-bike for € 4,000, there was usually only one friendly one: "Have a nice day". I then quickly decided on a model variant and my ideas were quickly taken up and formulated in the form of an offer. It didn't even take a week from ordering to receiving the MTB. Just great. Many thanks for that at this point. That is not a matter of course for a custom bike. What I then received exceeded my expectations again. The bike is amazing. Absolutely as I imagined. Of course, I went straight out into the wild with it and carefully tested it a bit first. What I received there should actually be available on prescription for everyone. It's just fun to move around in nature. You notice the value at every start and automatically have a big grin on your face. MTB is not just MTB. My fullest respect goes to this team and its products. Super service, professional and competent implementation of the wishes. I have two Transalp bikes and my son also one. Never had trouble with it. If the brakes or the seat post strike (Transalp can't help it), it will be fixed easily and free of charge. A great price-performance ratio. The weights and driving characteristics are also at a very high level, as the press has repeatedly reported. 👍

The advice on site was great. A bike was available for a test ride. I was able to configure the bike individually and also received extensive advice. I think it's great that my bike can also customize its color. Communication via email is great. The bike was shipped safely packed in a transport box. Everything has arrived intact. The enclosed documentation simplifies the necessary assembly (only handlebars and wheels had to be attached). The settings made by Transalp (gears, suspension fork and damper setup) are flawless. I am happy to buy a bike there again.
