The best customer service I have experienced in dealing with 5 bike shops within an hour of this location. Johanes ensured that we were sure the bike fit and we still wanted it even though it was a click and collect situation. Then he ensured we had all acessories needed to include for a bike we purchased at another location. Highly recommend.
Well servicing
I had an excellent experience with the service department. My wife and I were living in Germany on a delegation and had our bikes shipped over from the US. My wife's bike incurred a damaged wheel in shipping and I unfortunately I had a pretty bad crash early on in our stay and incurred a bunch of damage to my bike. The staff were extremely helpful in getting us back on the road especially considering we did not speak any German, especially Uwe Karsch who was an incredible help and we shared some nice conversation as well.

I had a great experience at the service department of this store. I was helped by Uwe Karsch who went above and beyond to find the part that I needed for my Carver mountain bike. He was very easy to understand being that I only speak English and I will continue to come to this store even though it is over and hour away because the service and staff is outstanding.
