Anyone who thinks, of course, that they are buying cheap junk online and then spontaneously having something repaired there cannot expect to be welcome anytime. And the prices at Keller are always competitive AND you have the service. Clear five stars

Can't understand the partly bad reviews here. We were on a multi-day bike tour and were in dire straits due to a defect that I couldn't fix with on-board resources. Mr. Keller gave competent and friendly advice and promptly exchanged the relevant parts after consultation. Friendly screwdriver with in-depth expertise. Thank you again in this way ...

I think it's outrageous how you are treated here. As a seller, you shouldn't say that a customer's bike is cheap and that he doesn't want to repair it because of that. The sound makes the music.

Great bike shop! My son and I both bought our bikes there and are totally satisfied with both the Stevens bikes and the service. I don't understand that some of them complain about the service. This is a one-man operation, but if you ask when to patch for tires, replace the hose, tighten the brakes or whatever can come by, you are always given an appointment where there is little going on.

The owner refuses to give me a service appointment because I bought my bike from an online dealer. Too bad, since I now work in the immediate vicinity and urgently need a new bike dealer, that would have been a pretty good option. It would save frustration for the owner and inquirer if it were made clear on the homepage who is generally welcome here and who is not served in principle (as apparently me).
