I believe the previous speaker immediately. My aunt felt the same way - same judge. And it is the same with childcare. They have people who treat their carers like dirt and you can complain as you want. Actually, this has to be taken into account by law, but this is not of interest to this court.

My daughter's adoption was approved after MINOR YEAR'S LAW because she was a minor at the time of the application. She was at the time already 26 years old! After objection I got cold the same decision the same grounds! It was through this judge P.- C. Rechtsbeugung despite better knowledge! Disciplinary complaint is underway. Since it was only a matter of removing me from the inheritance, my sense of justice has finally reached zero!

The court is in a very old but well renovated building. The staff are friendly. But they grind the mills of the German bureaucracy slowly :-)
