Best bike shop in the whole area! Absolutely great, competent and helpful team. The boss is super nice. The advice is at its best. All the questions - and I had a few - were explained perfectly and in detail. You can tell straight away that a professional is at work here with passion. The selection and price / performance ratio is also great. From me a very clear recommendation for two-wheeler stockers!

Bought two spare parts and only needed one. The second was still originally packed and sealed. So a day later I returned to the shop with the receipt to return the part. There I was told that the part would only be taken back in exchange for a voucher. I didn't get my money. Since I was only visiting Pirmasens, a voucher would not have brought me anything. I only went to the Stocker company because I wanted to support a local business. I would have paid less than half for the parts online. In addition, products can easily be returned on the Internet. I will no longer buy anything from the Stocker company. At the moment, local bike shops are still benefiting from the crisis, but other times are coming and then one might be happy to have been a bit more accommodating to his customers ... too bad ...

Friendly, competent, helpful, excellent service - although I didn't buy my Giant e-bike there, I was helped with great ease. In any case our very first choice the next time you buy a bike!
