We are on holiday in the area and our tandem’s drive chain started to fall apart loosing two important bolts and the cassette on the wheel came loose. Without parts and the tools needed we faced having to change all our holiday cycling plans. We arrived at 360 explaining our problem and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The young chap in the shop immediately found the parts we needed and fixed our bike on the pavement outside. We speak little German but he tried hard to understand our problem and help us. Excellent customer service and thanks!
