Beautiful family business with a heart. Great service in the workshop! Although there was a lot going on, we were still given perfect advice. The staff is friendly and courteous. The e-bike advice TOP. We would love to come back and definitely recommend this bike shop ;-)

Friendly advice to the point of getting concrete help. There was no time for a simple coat change. Anyone looking for help here as a long-distance traveler can forget it. Answer to the retailer's comment: This is precisely not an option. If you - like me - are on the road in the Eifel for two weeks at a time, you can't even interrupt your vacation and continue at a later time. I have been doing at least one major tour per year since 1988, often to other European countries. It has never happened to me that I received three cancellations at three bike shops in one place.
