Swapfiets Kiel

The service from Swapfiets has always been great so far and the staff I have met have been friendly and engaging. I will deduct both points because the quality of the bikes is not very high. The first bike was broken from the start and I had to replace it because it was practically impossible to ride. The second bike I have now is partly assembled a bit crookedly, makes strange noises when it is idle, and when I have to cross the paved floor, I have the feeling that the bike is about to explode. I think that's a shame because the quality is advertised differently.

Great service, all employees were very courteous, efficient processes. Now the bikes just have to hold out a little longer ;-). So you can enjoy the great customer service more often The sent link should possibly be edited. My rating is for Swapfiets Cologne, not Kiel ...

Actually a good idea and everything worked for the first few months. My first swap worked quickly. Just make an appointment by email, everything is fine. At the second appointment it was more difficult, after waiting 1 week for an answer by email, I decided to give me a call. To finally get to my appointment, I had to hang on hold for 55 minutes, only to hear that my email had gone down. Good can happen, I thought ... Unfortunately, three weeks ago, my lock went on strike again and I couldn't open it. No problem, I thought, just write an email again. 1 minute later the auto came immediately. Answer that my email is being processed. Now I've been waiting for 3 weeks !!!!! to an answer, my bike is idle the whole time on the sports field, from where I can't get it away, after all, it's well connected. Last week I tried it via WhatsApp and actually got an answer after 3 hours. An appointment was suggested to me, I should just describe the place again in more detail. I did that quickly, the message has not yet been read and no one has come to the appointment. And yes, I waited for the employee for half an hour at 30 degrees! Since the app doesn't work (every place I choose is supposedly not in the service area) and I don't have the time to hang on for 1 hour, I'll visit the shop again today as the last option and describe my problem. Whatever the outcome, I definitely quit at the end of the month and I will advise anyone in my circle of friends against a Swapfiets with such a service. It's actually a shame because I think the idea behind it is good. Sincerely, Thore

Super nice service in the branch in Cologne. Briefly over and started cycling. The bike is much lighter than it looks and in top condition!

Uncomplicated, fast, competent and reliable. Super 😊
