Phoned to ask about second hand bicycles ......horrendously rude man on line who was not helpful at all and refused to give me his name

Super friendly staff who unfortunately have little idea. My rear wheel was installed incorrectly and neither the gears nor the brakes worked properly. Only the rims were sanded down a bit. Totally overpriced, never again! 2 months ago employee without a clue! Thank goodness the old ones were dismissed and a competent, super-friendly man was hired! Kai is here! He is super competent, has a real clue and the prices are totally fair again! Now I recommend the shop with a clear conscience and I'm very happy to assign all the stars!

Unfortunately, I have to admit that I wasn't very satisfied at first, but thanks to a very friendly new employee, all my problems with the bike have been fixed and every technical question has been answered. I felt that I was in good hands and everything happened very quickly! I would go back again and again.

I have the feeling that I was advised very competently. Nice personel. The reconditioned bikes are really cheap.
