The team from "Der Drathesel" is friendly, honest and quickly finds the right solution for the bike. The repair prices are reasonable and the bike is usually ready to be picked up the next day. When it turned out that the bike needed more repairs than expected, they called and consulted. Advice on buying a new bike is also recommended, so that you end up with a bike of the right size with well-made material and high-quality parts.

The only positive thing was the quick fix. The previous price agreement was ultimately a good 25% above the agreed price when paying. For me it was the first and only visit. Not recommendable.

Make short-term appointments possible when it is really urgent.

As a student, my bike is repaired here again and again because it works ... elsewhere they just tried to sell me something new ... very clear recommendation!
