Really, really nice people. Extremely competent and helpful. I had a small repair to be done to my bicycle, and even if they had not time, they assisted me in doing it myself without asking for any money. I really recommend their service!

A service that is unfortunately seldom seen and a mechanic that hardly exists any more. Totally frustrated by the service of a large chain, I received excellent service with an urgently needed repair. Mr. Müller is a very competent, friendly and flexible owner. Never another bike shop! Thank you again for the short-term appointment within 3 days and the quick and cheap repair today!

I have already come to Mr. Müller twice. Only repairs are carried out that have been approved by the customer in advance and the cost estimate was correct in both cases. Furthermore, nothing happened to the repaired parts and nothing broke again or anything like that. The bike is running like a one again.

Great service ... had my son's bike in for repair. After a few small delivery problems with the spare parts, I was able to pick up the bike. Communication and service are great ... The boss has informed me that it will take a little longer and that I will not come to the pick-up date for free. Super nice, you feel good right away ... If I have something to repair again, I will of course go back there for repairs. Thank you again ... my son was very happy ...

people second class I wanted to buy 20 minutes of service for a fee. Just that a technician looks at my bike and tells me what's broken. Unfortunately I bought my bike online and got the saying: We don't do anything for supermarket bikes here. I then asked again what the hourly rate is in the workshop and whether I can't just pay a technician to check my bike - for the entire time it takes. I didn't want a repair at all. It said on the phone: we don't want to have supermarket bikes here. Great service ... at least for a bike shop that doesn't want to make money and doesn't need new customers.
