Pi square Bicycles

Never again to pi square! I bought a Prophete e-bike a year ago. Now the inspection was due and I noticed a cracking noise from the rear axle. Since I am still within the warranty period, it made sense to visit a Prophete partner workshop. So after a phone call with the very nice colleague from the Prophet's hotline, I was sent to Pi Square. To be on the safe side, I called them beforehand and I was given a specific date for handing over my bike (2 weeks later). When I was there on the agreed date, nobody knew anything about an agreed date! Regardless, the order was accepted anyway, my details were noted and they said they would contact me when the bike was ready. After 3 weeks, I contacted Pi Quadrat again to ask when I could pick up my bike. The employee pressed around on the phone because there was a lot to do and he currently doesn't know exactly where the job would be ... well, 3 days later the same game, but this time I was told that bike 2 Days later would be ready for collection. So I drove to Pi Square on the agreed day to find out that an inspection was carried out, but the defective rear wheel was not replaced. The employee reported that the order had meanwhile been lost and that it was therefore not possible to order spare parts. So I was able to pick up my bike just as defective as I had returned it 4 weeks before. But they wanted to order the defective part directly so that I could just hand over the bike 3 weeks later at the next appointment and pick it up again for a few hours. To be on the safe side, I called again today (said 3 weeks later) to make sure that I don't go there for nothing. The employee knew nothing and the corresponding spare part had not even been ordered! Conclusion: That's not how you treat your customers and that's why I will never go there again. Prophete Customer Service felt the same way and recommended another dealer to me.

Never again. I bought two used children's bikes there. One of them had sharp edges due to improper processing. On the other, the entire brake lever flew away during the first braking. Thank God nothing happened to my children. I documented the incidents and confronted the seller, except for outrageous comments, there was nothing to be found there. I have a master craftsman's certificate in precision engineering, I've never experienced anything so bottomless. I worked on the edges myself and mounted the brake lever with the correct screw lock. Unfortunately, you only notice afterwards that no value is placed on professionally clean work. Not to mention vehicle safety. I am now a customer of a real master company, at least they can.

In a personal conversation, the shop is very nice, but apparently a bit chaotic. I wanted to inquire about eMTBs for a total of around € 6,000. There was no time for a calm, sensible consultation (it was in the morning and no other customer was present yet!) And a note of the request was made. The ability to deliver has not yet been answered, it was over a week ago. We have now ordered elsewhere. Addendum: Now came a call back with information. So not as chaotic as expected.

Very rude, obviously you don't want to do business here. What a shame!

Dropped off the bike in the morning and in the afternoon we could pick it up again. Friendly staff.
