I've been a Sprint customer for years. The service and quality of work was great every time. The employees are really nice and accommodating and always work very quickly. The prices are totally normal. Clear recommendation!

The sprint team has been accompanying me on three bikes for two years. (E-bike, children's bike, mountain) In all spontaneous emergency repairs (accident, flat tire, braking performance) as well as all inspections, the team acted carefully, foresighted, reliably and humanely. I feel well taken care of. Very fair and transparent in terms of price. Top performance. Thanks to you.

Today I had my e-bike for changing bike covers and new tubes and adjusting the brakes for Sprint bicycles in the workshop. Service, price and work performance were to my complete satisfaction. In my view, the few negative comments should not be overestimated.

Have today repaired my bike at Sprint and must say that I can not understand the many negative comments. The staff on site was very friendly and helpful. I have described the shortcomings and within hours I was told that my bike is ready again, although I expected only tomorrow morning with a call. The bike is great again and there were also two tips on the way. Although my bike was also titled "cheap bike", I did not take that as arrogant but rather as competent behavior. I will gladly come again!
