Spontaneous repairs. What a great service. So I could continue cycling. That was a great advertisement for the Velocenter Knooper Weg 👍 2 other shops also looked at the defective brake, but referred to an appointment in 1-3 weeks. Lucky.

For really great service, quick reactions and good know-how. Actually, I'm more of the 'dingy bicycle workshop' type, but what has been re-opened here speaks a completely different language. Wonderfully modern, classy and above all spontaneous when it comes to test drives or small repairs. The icing on the cake today was the colleague who ran after me after paying for my repair and asked if I was not a leasing customer and therefore the repair should be billed through the leasing company ... Of course, gladly ... I'm real very enthusiastic. I call that service
