I gave my bike for repair because of a broken light and worn brake pads. Despite a queue of a good twenty bikes, I was able to pick up my bike after only a day and a half - much faster than at other bike shops in the area. When I did not have my bike, I was given a free rental bike. Thank you so much!

I got there 10 minutes before work and asked for a pump to mend my tube. After I had some problems with the deployment I was helped very friendly. In the end, I even needed a new hose, which was installed directly without asking for money in the end. Very competent and definitely recommendable.

Despite full orders, I am always helped here and my bike repaired at short notice. The employees always take the time to explain one thing or the other to me as laypeople and to answer my questions. The service to call me when my bike is ready to be picked up works great. The costs correspond to the average, possibly even a little cheaper. I'm very satisfied.

I don't know of any other bike shop that takes on problems so quickly. My daughters love to go there and have never had to do without their bike for the next day at school. The prices are more than fair - the speed is incredible and great advice. Kudos to the team.
