It was important to me to want to support local retailers despite COVID-19. Click & collect is a good alternative. Just too stupid if there is not enough communication with the customer and you stand in front of a locked door despite email. No insight from employees and get rid of ignorant things. A real shame!

I wanted to pick up my goods and at the same time those of my friend. I had both pickup emails and my friend's ID. I was not allowed to take his goods with me. Statement by the seller: Since everyone can come, you could have intercepted the mail yes with your computer "... is it still? It should allegedly give a link in the e-mail, over which one should fill in a pick-up authorization - this does not exist after demand with the support! There I was even told, the ID card and a two-line of my friend would be enough. He was extremely unfriendly and absolutely incompetent. Disgustingly treated so condescendingly. Positive: Another employee gave me my own and the goods of my friend without hesitation - thank you! So you have to know who is nice and who is not.

Very unfriendly, overtaxed cashier !! Wanted to redeem coupons and were angezickt that these have NOT been accepted for years! Such a false statement! Really a joke. Are very angry. 1x and never again!

Totally unfriendly. Not only for adults, but also for children! Never again.
