Nice staff, friendly, quick and professional. They fixed my saddle and inflated the tires for free. The most important thing that English speaking is no problem here!

Can't share the negative experience. So far I am very satisfied with the friendliness, service and advice.

Staff unfortunately unhelpful and unfriendly. I wanted to buy a spare part, but I am not a bicycle specialist and was hoping for advice. However, the employee explained directly that he could not help without seeing the bike. Then his colleague came in and the first thing he said was that you wouldn't like it when you come to the workshop as a customer. Then just do not. I understand that factually, but the way of speaking to a customer is not up-to-date in my opinion. It would also be possible to briefly interrupt his work in the workshop and go to the customer.

After having had a bike repaired here once and had very good experiences, I was actually very confident that I would be satisfied the second time around. Because the colleagues I had contact with the first time were very friendly and did a good job. The second time, however, I ran into a colleague who had repaired my bike and caused a new defect. In addition, he did work that I hadn't commissioned. When asked about it, he quickly became puffy, would not be told and pretended that only he understood how a bicycle works. Unfortunately, he was wrong in his view. I have to have the damage repaired somewhere else, because I will certainly not allow myself to be pimped and will also pay them one more time for their poor work and rudeness. The repair he suggested would certainly not help in this case. The corona-related very good order situation does not seem to have been conducive to customer friendliness. Additional defect + unfriendliness therefore 1 star!

Some time ago I had a racing bike from the "house brand" Dankward put together according to my wishes. Both the bike and the service leave nothing to be desired. The only drawback is perhaps the waiting time, but this is mainly due to Corona and the associated shortage of bicycle parts. I'm super satisfied and like to go back to the wheelhouse again and again.
