Very friendly and competent! Update: After waiting about six weeks for an agreed date for an inspection, the same was carried out rejected because our bike was not of the right make and there were no spare parts available .... The order, which has now not come about, was about a simple inspection (adjust the circuit, check the air pressure, tension the chain and check the lighting ...)

I wanted to give my used e-bike for inspection here and make an appointment. But Megabike didn't want me because they only accept bicycles that were bought there. Well, then we'll probably never become friends.

I bought my e-bike there. And love the choices that have been made for me. They are also great for repairs. I will continue to rely on Mega-Bike.

I would particularly like the employee Mr. Lindemann praise. He is always nice, ready to help, explains everything well and in detail and is patient. He proved his expertise and ingenuity among other things when he was the only one who had properly attached my handlebar damper. After the initial assembly, the spring kept popping out, which was very annoying. Mr. Lohmann solved the problem very well and everything has worked flawlessly since then.
