Nice and friendly advice. The employee was very patient and could answer all of our questions. Unfortunately the bike we wanted was not in stock here.
First you stand at the cash register for 10 minutes without being served and then finally a salesperson comes who then prefers the customer he has just advised. You don't have to be surprised that people buy online! Left my stuff there and left!
Very simple: bike for our son - short, professional, competent, sensible advice from the saleswoman and that's why we bought the accessories for the dark red MTB from CUBE ACCESS, where we would have saved a few euros if we had googled. Great purchase, was fun =; 0)
