Unfortunately, we have had very miserable experiences here: The reception was still friendly ... when our request for "repair gearshift" was expressed, the corners of the mouth fell: "Something might work in 3-4 weeks at the earliest. We're busy, bye. .. "Then over to the" competitor on site ": This was also busy, but did NOT leave us holidaymakers hanging: the bike could be picked up the following day (!)! That's how customer service works! HERE: NEVER again !!!

Super shop. Great service. We bought our son's bike here and are very satisfied. The advice was very good and if there are any problems, we can come back at any time and receive excellent care. I can only recommend the shop.

Super shop, competent and personable advice, fair prices, they really make you want to ride a bike. Also a capable workshop that can still repair properly instead of just swapping parts. You could repair my connection to the hub dynamo, which had been destroyed by the crash, WITHOUT - as suggested by other stores - changing the dynamo and thus the entire front wheel. My first address for everything related to bicycles!
