Sensible district court, even if the family department isn't exactly the fastest. Otherwise the authority is fine. A lot of free parking spaces deserve special mention. This is not so often found in larger local courts.
It's a shame that only those reviews write that were not satisfied. If all of those who were helped by us (especially in emergency situations) did this, the star number would be different.
I am well aware that "the citizen" is not a supplicant, but my employer. And I try my best to help this too. Of course, I "have" to stay within what is legally permitted. This means that, for example, I am not allowed to process applications that are received by email or "online", because I cannot (except for demail addresses) check whether the address Lieschen.Mü[email protected] is actually Lieschen Müller stuck or maybe the curious neighbor, the stalking ex-boyfriend or an envious colleague. I think no one would be thrilled if unauthorized persons had access to their own data just because I rely on the person in question being behind an email address.
The same applies, of course, to phone calls. It would not happen to me for the first time that strangers, using a false name, request me to reveal data that is absolutely none of their business.
I also admit that you can not always be reached by phone. If there is a crying person sitting in front of me who urgently needs to apply for a ban on approach because they fear for their health or their life, then of course I cannot be reached by phone. Because I, too, can only be there for the citizen either by telephone or in person.
Citizens should also be aware that no authority can be staffed in such a way that all concerns can be handled by telephone. This is because the written route is regularly provided: traceable, conclusive and data-protected. The telephone route should only be chosen in urgent cases, precisely for the reasons mentioned.
No citizen has to believe that we would sit here all day just waiting for his call. Which we don't even accept because we're busy drinking coffee ...
The offices here in the house take care of all the paperwork and, in addition to the telephone calls, also, for example, the taking of minutes during negotiations, the handling of mail, customers speaking in person, invoices, summons and countless other things that the citizen does not notice. I can understand that the closest thing to everyone is their own shirt and therefore their own concern the most important. On the other hand, the citizen must also understand that we sometimes have to set priorities and just let the phone ring, because at that very moment something else is simply more important, urgent and urgent. And by that I don't mean drinking coffee at all!
If we were staffed in such a way that we had sufficient leisure to answer every call at all times, the tax-paying citizen would be the first to rightly denounce the huge sums that the judiciary would then devour.
Absolutely embarrassing how people work there. Telephone wrong at the land registry office. Excerpt ordered online, 2 weeks waiting, then email should contact me personally.
Small but good meal. Very helpful and competent. Have only had good experiences!
Some pictures say more than a thousand words. Unfortunately I can not post a screenshot here. I've been on hold for almost an hour. Saftladen
