We stopped by here looking for a school and fun bike for the daughter. Because of Corona, almost all bikes are currently swept off the market. There was still a decent selection here. You concentrate on a few brands and a clear and convincing concept. But the best part was the administration. They simply have a clue and offer pleasant, competent and honest advice! Without printing, I particularly liked the own brand with hybrid circuit. Great designed bikes and worth a look! The family business really has a heart and soul for bikes. Am thrilled!
Unfortunately a new owner! It is haphazard, incapable and unusable. Too bad I will have to look for a new shop after years!
Am very disappointed!
Work was carried out that had not been agreed. Can't find that. Can I still be glad that the complete circuit and brakes have not been replaced. I mean, what is the line on the order form for: additional work yes / no / up to the amount of XY €? If this is ignored! You could have called. In the future I would rather go to Bayreuth or Burgkunstadt.
Kulmbach no longer has a bike shop for me. Eldorado never sees me again. I cannot recommend it. One star is still too much.
