The best bike shop I've ever come across. I had problems with my e-bike and Mr Burda helped me within a day. Before the repair, there was a sensible analysis with a cost forecast, which was then clearly undercut. The work and thus also the competence of Mr. Burda was impeccable. It's a shame that we live 280 km away.
Great shop with a large selection of different bikes and accessories, very friendly staff with a clue. You buy what you want and at good prices. Also with the second bike purchase, top advice and great results again. Parts are also changed and tried out during the consultation until one is satisfied. In addition, there is also an uncomplicated workshop that spontaneously takes care of and resolves problems with third-party bikes. Thank you and keep it up.

Last Friday I was finally able to get a long-awaited full suspension E-MTB from RADSPORT BURDA, Oberau. Corratec RS 160 Elite, Bosch motor with. 85 Nwt, battery 625 watts.
The owner Wolfgang Burda with his son Fritz did an excellent job - you finally know what customer-friendly service is.
I bought the 3rd mountain bike from Radsport Burda over the years.
My first experience with the Burda in Oberau: 1) no complicated appointments, just leave your bike there. 2) Very friendly and competent acting junior owners. Very good advice. Competently dealt with the problem and possible solutions. 3) Had shown itself to be accommodating in the event of a small “mess”. 4) One does not have the impression that any spare part must be sold with all force.
-> MTB circuit very well adjusted!
