The new bike came very quickly. A manufacturer error was immediately corrected to my complete satisfaction. No arguing or bargaining. Just make sure that the customer is satisfied, that's how I feel at 2Rad Eck. Great team!

I had given 2 e-shark bikes for annual inspection before our annual tour in July. It was found that the chain, cassette and sprocket had to be replaced. So I gave the order for it. 2 days later I was informed that the pinion was not available and we agreed to just close the inspection. When I picked it up, I noticed that the computer was not attached, so it was screwed on afterwards (why it was loose, no idea) On vacation I wanted to maintain the chain again after 2 days and then I noticed that it was not paid attention to during the inspection. The chain and pulleys were kneeling. 2 days later the workshop key came on the computer: inspection. This display was not reset either. We returned the bikes from vacation so that the drivetrain could be replaced. And so we went on vacation in a good mood again, unfortunately without an extensive test drive. There it was noticed that the chain began to creak. So off to the workshop. The mechanic asked whether the pulley, as it is on Haibike and Boschmotor Bj 2017, has been replaced? I called the 2Rad Eck, and M. Schöter informed me that this was not done due to pulleys that were not available. The creaking and cracking was noticed!?! I was not informed of this when collecting the bikes. The mechanic in Italy also informed me that the chain would be junk again after this holiday due to the missing pulley. Conclusion: Costs at 2Rad ECK for inspections of 2 bikes € 120. With defects! Costs at 2Rad Eck for the repair of chains, kit 550 €! Our future costs - all new - Thank you for the professional work and the info about the creak. For this cost we could have borrowed e-bikes while on vacation. So 2Rad Eck is guaranteed not to get our bikes anymore, because we ride in the mountains and I don't want to think about what would happen if the brakes didn't have to be properly serviced or replaced.

We went there with the intention of buying 2 bicycles and wanted a professional advice. We have named our budget between 4 and 600 euros each - but we would have been instructed otherwise if necessary. My expectation would have been to try different bikes and recommendations to get a feeling. However, we were sent away with two catalogs. Should make us smart first and then come back again. Too bad for "the advice" I would not go there again. There was only a very short waiting time. Another customer was waiting for us.

Very competent advice, honest and fair! I'm looking forward to the next bike tour with a helmet!
