Have only recently been a customer. The shop is absolutely fine. Friendly, calm staff. Now and then a longer waiting time, as Mr. Bucheli takes a lot of time for his customers. Which in turn speaks for the business.

Great dealer, very good advice, wide range. We were looking for a women's city bike with a front and rear rack, gear hub, no e-bike. This is not that easy now, as a lot of dealers concentrate heavily on e-bikes or special, particularly popular (and high-priced?) Bikes. If you are just looking for a normal bike, you will often feel a little perplexed, given a catalog with the advice you should choose something and they would order it. Not so at Bucheli, we were taken seriously with our wishes and ideas, there is something there for every taste in my opinion, the advice is competent and you have a good feeling to be a customer there, even if you only have a "perfectly normal" bike buys. A very small point of criticism is that the first service after buying a new bike is handled quite strictly, you have to have the first service carried out no later than 3 months after purchase, only then it costs half the regular service price (20 instead of 40 EUR). In my experience, the first service is free of charge at other bike dealerships and the time frame is not that precise. Of course, it is important that you don't arrive after a very high mileage, but if you drive very little it can happen that the recommended 300 km are only reached after 4, 5 or 6 months. But I don't deduct a star as described above, otherwise everything is very good at Bucheli.
