The guys can not only do off the shelf but also custom. From project planning, advice, test drive, procurement of the parts to the implementation of the project, simply TOP. And that also during corona times. Keep it up guys ... I like to leave my money here :-)

Not a positive experience. The request to take a quick look at the headset of my racing bike that I had not bought from the cycling syndicate was declined and I was advised to look for another dealer in Rosenheim. Then I called Hansi's Bicycle Shop on Innstrasse, who were immediately very helpful and friendly and I was able to stop by spontaneously. That's how it works ...

Was in the store today because of the new Specialized Status and would like to give it 0 stars. No answer could be given to questions such as how much mm of travel the fork / the damper has, how long the stem is (it is 40mm instead of 35mm as claimed) or which rims are installed. The excuse given was that the model is still brand new and that no information can be found on the Specialized page. As if that weren't enough, I was put off with the words, "It's not that bad, your wife is already on the bike and she likes it !?) Sorry, but just type on Specialized Status google and read a report on a Radl page so that you have an idea what you are selling there!
