Been there 2 times. The first time I had a problem with the bike, I was sent away with ease and he couldn't help me there (it was just the gear and brake that should have been adjusted). Now I wanted to buy a new bike, so I stood in the shop for 20 minutes and was neither noticed nor welcomed. The seller was 3 meters away from me. Is it because I'm a woman? 😂 Impossible ....

I start the day after tomorrow with my 26cc Cannondale on Alpencross! My rear hub / freewheel has given up and a quick repair was no longer possible!
A Cycle employee is now lending me a 26er rear wheel and my broken one is being replaced at an absolutely reasonable price! Thanks for that.

Shop with good service in a central location. Price slightly higher level, but there is a competent advice. I have visited this store several times and have always been satisfied. Tip: A look at the (in the winter months somewhat unusual) opening hours is worth it, if necessary, not to stand in front of closed doors.
I recently visited Cycle and the staff was very nice and interested. Since I was passing through and needed a spare part, they set things in motion so that I could get the part a few minutes later, even though it was actually out of stock at the moment.

With two broken travel bikes we were stranded here just before closing time in the downpour. The cycle team gave us priority and immediately repaired the two drives (Rohloff and Shimano derailleur XT) - and also addressed minor issues. The whole thing for a friendly price. For us, the heroes of Rosenheim of the year!
