I politely asked that I would have liked to have a kickstand on my bike. The answer: Not today and not tomorrow either. I asked is it still this week? The answer: No, I asked and next week I'll leave the bike Answer: Next week I don't have time either and I don't know where to put your bike. It's best not to go there and save yourself the trip. I can do without such a business. Never again. That such business still exist? Who would have thought .......
The Radlalm team with Frank Ihlefeld, Thomas and Toni is a young, committed team. I bought an ICE ADVENTURE HD and an ICE FULL FAT this year. Everyone went to great lengths to meet my requirements. After initially having problems with the disc brakes on the Full Fat, Frank Ihlefeld came to my house to fix the problem. At first glance, the Radlalm is quite a long way from Munich. By train from Munich Central Station, it's only 5 stops and a 38-minute journey. Can only recommend the Radlalm - 5 stars.
Have my otherwise purchased bike for Radlalm brought to the repair. I was quickly submitted an estimate and I could leave my bike right there. Although the workshop was completely full, I got my bike back after 2 days. And how it works now. Terrific. The Rudi is a top mechanic.
And then he is still an excellent flight simulator expert. He invited me to his home for simulator flying. I will definitely accept that.
I definitely buy my new bike at the Radlalm. Best workshop in the area.
I bought a Feldmeier Ebike in the Radlalm three years ago. So far so good. Let's assume that the whims of the owner fluctuate daily ... Good, even seen over it. Finally, you want to support the local bicycle dealer. Been there several times for customer service and various minor repairs. Only bearable, since I have with the son directly arranged the appointments, because the owner suddenly wanted to know nothing more of the agreement made with me and me always faintly addressed that the bike would have to stay here finally a week. Okay, I also liked that because the son was really nice, obliging and very competent! Everything he repaired or adjusted on my bike was flawless. So, go on: Come to the next appointment. The son is no longer working in the house .. Well, can work well with the new mechanic. Before I went on a 1,000 km tour through the Balkans, I took the bike once again to check. I needed an amazing amount (which surprised me because the bike was running smoothly ...). The end of the song was then that I was constantly rausflog the chain during my vacation, the gear shift as good as we were for Popes and my rim was broken. Already on site, some of my fellow travelers have made assumptions. Good, I thought to myself. Does not have to mean anything, was the expert. The end of the song: I had to cancel my vacation, I brought the bike to a recommended Radwerkstatt. What can I say ? All assumptions from the holiday were confirmed: The spoke was tightened so tight that the rim is torn (great thought at 60 km / h downhill abroad), the newly attached chain was too short, this jumped out constantly and the corridors also did not work ... In addition to a new rim, I also needed a new cassette. It was also found that the wheel was not registered by the dealer at Feldmeier. All the fun has cost me now 250, - € (in addition to the 140, - € which I had lost the Radlalm). I do not even talk about lost vacation. I can only say: NEVER NEVER NEVER.
ADDENDUM: ... the chain shrank miraculously on the way ...; o) ... without words ... as was to be expected: no hint of insight ... and unfortunately you are damaging your business yourself. ..
Competent friendly service. Wide assortment with special wheel department. Great workshop. Repair even difficult cases (recumbent with warped frame) and also take care of manufacturer's goodwill, although the bike was bought elsewhere.
