As a foreign national it is clear that you are discriminated against in this court. The idea of impartiality is a word that this court has never heard of. As a foreigner in my divorce proceedings I was stitched up and denied my basic rights. My ex husband who never paid child maintenance despite this being apparently totally illegal in Germany got away with it wth the help of this court and his lawyer whose office is next to the court. Applications for child maintenance were blocked. This court is unfit for purpose. Following a data protection act request for the past 8 years it has been ignored by ursula and Fey Wolf.

Tapped games, judge, public prosecutor and police work hand in hand against a 20 year old citizen (during the trial, everyone is winking at each other before the actual trial at the judge's desk so that the plan doesn't go wrong)! Send a NOT convicted person into arrest for 1 week. You should please all worry professionally to orientate yourself. Evidence of disregarding protocols are mutually agreed so that the word is repeated verbatim. Simply a juice shop! Embarrassing that you boast about being there for the citizens! You are a shame for this country. I lack the words and I do not promise you to let it go through me without a fight. There is no trace of a judge who approaches the case impartially! Just a number in the system no more.

I give the full rating - what would interest me, despite the corona crisis, would be whether foreclosures of apartments would take place again. You can always go to Munich, only it is quite expensive there, but why not in Rosenheim? Are the reviews read?
