Very good customer service and consultation, they even spoke English for me. (1.5) star less for the price, because the same bike on the same day was available 100€ cheaper online (I didn't buy a very expensive bike). I believe in supporting local shops but the difference is too high here. (0.5) star less for missing some configuration as asked before the collection and no notification that they can't configure it like I wanted.
The advice today was great! The selection of bicycles is clear but absolutely sufficient. We would shop here again anytime.
Super loading !!! Was already very well advised there about my old bike. I bought my current bike there and the service quality is always top! Recently a small repair was necessary and this was carried out within 5 minutes (without an appointment) !!! The shop is definitely recommendable!
