Large selection - both of bicycles and accessories - and good, friendly advice. 3 years ago I rated the workshop poorly because of the lack of courtesy and care. Since we now live nearby, I brought my bike there again. I can now give 5 stars without a guilty conscience. 2x small bugs were fixed immediately and the customer service was impeccable for both of our bikes. The staff were friendly and took their time to take down any defects and special requests.
Workshop very friendly and competent. Had an extensive repair on the racing bike and it was done quickly and cleanly. Waiting time for it was about 1 week. The parts (new wheels, set gears, sprockets and chain were changed) were quickly available and the price was absolutely okay. Highly recommended.
On my trip from Nuremberg to Salzburg, my pedelec failed shortly before Landshut. Although the workshop was fully booked, I was helped immediately, and after 45 minutes I was able to continue my journey. The master, Mr. Schwertel, was very committed, thank you very much for this. A new software update was also installed for free. The workshop from the Gürtner bike market is highly recommended.
Excellent advice from Ms. Gürtner. 😊👍 Also gave us a lot of tips on what to consider with an e-bike, how to use it and when buying it.
