Ordered and paid for online as Click & Collect in Coronalockdown, picked up here. It was quick and easy.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The offer is extensive, I found the items I was looking for, although they tend to be less in demand. The processing at the checkout was quick and still not hectic.
Complaint processing = poor.
The swimming tire was visibly defective and they didn't want to refund the money (3.99 euros). Only after some back and forth got the money. That's not how customer service works.
Very nice shop. My contact person for toys. I've been there so many times and I'm always thrilled. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and for fun. Excellent!
