Called in the morning about a record, brought by spontaneously, picked up perfectly in the afternoon. Top price. Super Service!
A very nice and competent advice, welcoming showroom and small but fine selection of wheels. I was very pleased with the courteous service and the understandable, even for beginners, advice on the purchase of my new bicycle. Even with the purchase price, there were percentages :) Test drive was also possible, and if something had to be adjusted, it was done quickly. Great! Always my pleasure!

Very good service even in corona times. Great shop and great team.
Short form:
Intact bike with a clear order "Installation of bike lights" handed over to the Rachow bike workshop, 6 weeks later bike without lights, but with a defective front wheel, not roadworthy! Received back to cover up damage shortly before returning air from the "workshop", which was barely enough for the way home. There is no response to a complaint. I call this fraud and can only warn of this CHARGE !!!
