We would like to thank Mr. Ballhorn for the good advice. The e-bike for me was not there, had to be brought from another branch first. That was quick and easy. We also found one for my wife in the Schwerin branch.
Great bike shop.
Unlucky with my wife's e-bike, the drive was defective after 3 months. He was then changed without much discussion, Mr. Doege handled everything perfectly in a short time. We remain regular customers because the advice and bicycle sales have been excellent so far. I also have to break a lance for the team, they are under constant pressure from the bicycle boom of the last few months.
