At first I was skeptical because my order didn't come straight away. When asked by phone, Ms. Dürr took care of my request directly and then the article came straight away. She even asked again. So I have seldom experienced such a professional customer service where you are really so interested in the customers! I can only recommend it again at any time!

In my opinion, I have never experienced so much incompetence in a shop and I like to shop. 6 months after covid 19, good dealers have all their processes back to normal. On August 25th, 2020 at noon I ordered a bike (according to the internet delivery time 1-3 days - confirmed in the order) On 08/26 I already received the invoice in which the invoice date was the same as the service date. So the bike would have been on August 26th. must be delivered. After 3 days I called the company to find out where the bike was. My contact person was the head office, which recorded all contact details and promised to forward everything. I never received the callback. On 08/29 I wrote a reminder with a grace period for delivery to September 2nd - no response from ed-store (only an auto-response) When I was on 03.09. the channel was full and resigned from the contract by email, someone at ed-store also woke up. Ms. D. wrote, among other things ... "Sorry a lot of work - short-time work" etc. the bike was on 1.09. been handed over to the shipping company that will contact you in the next few days and if I no longer want it, I should refuse to accept it. I was allowed to mess around with the shipping company, who phoned me on September 4th about a delivery date. reported And since nobody at ed-store is able to contact the shipping company and stop the shipment. Ed-store- instead of 1-3 days, 14 days delivery time, no communication, 6 days until the money is back after withdrawal (PayPal) No purchase recommendation!

Very great advice over the phone, a lot of time was taken and everything was explained in detail. It said everything will arrive in 3 to 5 working days and it was. I will order from you again and again.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. However, returning and exchanging in the right size was no problem at all, really easy and problem-free. Delivery was very fast!

I have just received my treadmill delivery. Fast delivery! When I called and asked whether the shipping company would contact me beforehand, I received a direct response. Great service! Any time!!
