What a pity what I experience here ... I bought my first fischer e-bike 3 months ago. Was totally happy with it. It was great to drive ... Only 5 days. After that, my rear tire was flat. He lost his complete air after about 4 hours. Just 30 km on it and that only in the city. There was nothing on the tire itself. No foreign matter or other damage. I have contacted the customer service because fischer has this awesome on-site service guarantee story (one of the reasons why I made love for this bike). Feedback was that I should wait for the call of the customer service for an appointment. It went two weeks and there was no call .. Well it can happen I thought and call myself again .. I should wait, it was said. But since I am dependent on the bike because I go to work with it, every day without a bike is expensive for me. Am then to the dealer where I have the bike ago. They were so nice that they exchanged the bike one-for-one on goodwill ... Now comes the interesting one ... Just like the first bike, the second did not last another week! The same mistake !! It is now more than 4 weeks have passed after my call (for the second bike) and nobody answers! Once I was just hung up .. Only wait forever to someone to retry to call again .. BUT A call should be in there, where me someone could say that the next appointment is only in 3 months or something !!! Then I know at least what I am! I am super disappointed! Never thought that on the one hand, fischer would seem to get bad quality bikes and on the other hand, to be so disappointed with service ....
