Mr. Jens and his team were very helpful and courteous. Due to the high demand, we had to wait a long time for our bikes, but it was worth it. The modification of my husband's bike also went smoothly. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Jens and his team again

Hello, On August 8th, 2020 I bought a Viator 5.0 in the Fischer factory outlet. Actually, I went there to buy a completely different bike. My dream bike was only available to test ride, not to buy. The nice advisor recommended the Viator 5.0 to me. After thoroughly testing both bikes, I liked the Viator 5.0 better than my dream bike. I bought it on the spur of the moment. When I got a closer look at the tech. Having looked at the data, I had doubts that this bike would meet my requirements (especially range). I formulated this and wrote to the Fischer Service. I was talking about an exchange, although this is not possible in factory sales. After a few days (well, I had to wait a bit because there is a lot going on at Fischer) I was called. The friendly staff member respected my concerns and worked with me to find solutions. The solution was that I got a larger battery for my bike and am now very satisfied with my purchase decision. In the meantime I have driven about 200km and still happy.

I have been waiting for 14 weeks for the rear wheel with motor (1606) at 7500 kilometers, the motor did not even run in 2000, I am out of warranty and want to buy normally, I am disappointed and I am already thinking about whether I can do something about it, mess ..... with the The company Fischer knew it has nothing more to do with it, it's death .... I think it's a shame Update from 09.09.20 Now the ticket order has been completed .... Reason no feedback from the customer ... I think I'm in the woods 😠 I can't even count the emails I have written, this time I don't think it's a shame ..... this time it's pure mess, let's see what the law says about it, I can prove more than enough, one thing is for sure NEVER AGAIN FISCHER

The worst company I have come to know and hate in my life, now 74. Over 2 hours of phone calls with 5 different "home workers" as a service and 4 e. Mails since August 14th, 2020 and to date not a single answer to my problem with the FISCHER E. BIKE 1602. Now I have my lawyers check whether I can take legal action. But then it's all about 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
