Competent staff .. Unfortunately, they have specialized very much in e-bikes. I only buy small parts there (locks, pumps, etc.). I feel that they try very hard to help the customer. The shop is very busy and you have to expect long waiting times in the high season.
Not only because of the completely unreasonable parking situation - never again!
When I first contacted me by phone, I clearly stated the brand of my e-bike and the problem to be solved (broken chain) and agreed with the person I was talking to that I could bring the bike over for repair (!!).
For me that meant transport by car, approx. 25 km, 30 minutes. I was hoping to get professional help here after we recently moved to this area. No result, because after about 10 seconds in the shop I received the succinct and listless advice that "this brand will not be repaired here." Mind you, it was just a matter of repairing an existing chain!
In short - a very disappointing experience. Customer service is also different!
Friendly and competent staff, above all you will be given professional advice and they will take time for their customers. Recommendable!
Just drove there spontaneously. Small repairs made for free. Saddle for my girlfriend, was removed from a new bike and was available for little money. The store used to be great and still is today
