When I placed another order for my Saxonette 2 days after placing my order, the second postage was returned to me without being asked. I am very surprised that there is still the "honorable merchant or craftsman". Mr. Kohl obviously belongs to this almost extinct guild!

As a year-round cyclist, I've been buying spare parts there for years. Some of them are a bit expensive but the quality is right. I actually do everything myself on the bike, yesterday I left my bike there for the first time to adjust the hub of the front wheel. When I mentioned that I was dependent on the bike, they immediately got to work and after 30 minutes I was able to pick it up again. Absolutely top, nice team with a lot of experience and competence. The store remains my first choice.
