Also absolutely to be recommended! Where do I start, I ride a Haibike Hardseven 8.0, I took it to another bicycle workshop in Wülfrath .. they wanted to update me and put a new chain on it. When I picked up the bike, I got it back in an absolutely terrible condition! With the statement my complete drive would be defective! (The only strange thing was that it drove perfectly and, as I already described above, only needed a new chain) When I called Mr. Petry, he immediately told me to come over, he'll take a look! He told me that all cables were loose and that my derailleur hanger and rear derailleur were bent and that it is life-threatening to ride them !! Mr. Petry, is absolutely competent, super friendly, absolute specialist knowledge and does his job simply top-notch !!! Always available and really takes time for everyone !! Prices are absolutely reasonable, almost too low for the work and the effort he goes into! If you have a problem, bring your bike to the PETRY !!! I am super happy !!! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️, I would give it immediately !!!!

I can't understand the bad reviews here. Mr. Petry is so dedicated and really incredibly helpful! At the big stores like ZEG in Wuppertal and the like, lead times for inspections of 8-12 weeks. I was able to return the bike to Mr. Petry within a week. The inspection was then even cheaper than previously estimated. Unfortunately, 3 months later I had a broken frame with my Haibike e-bike - I bought it at Rad & Tat in Kamen - A top address for anyone who wants to complain about poor service. (50 1-star ratings out of 136 - I believe that says it all) Mr. Petry called Haibike while on vacation and tried to reach something, used his contacts and gave me full support, even though I was first to see him. Where else can you find that today? I cannot understand all of these 1-star ratings. Often without a real name and always the same type - not very credible. And should Mr. Petry be expensive? If it would cost € 300 more when Mr. Petry ordered me a bike as a dealer, I would be happy to pay this price because I know that I get the best service in Wülfrath and the surrounding area! For good service you usually like to pay a few euros more. Unfortunately there are not many business people left who are responsible for their work, but Mr. Petry is definitely one of them. Have already bought my 2nd bike there. An MTB and an e-bike. Very competent and recommended. Always happy to recommend, even for the good service on the wheels. Keep it up!

Very helpful and friendly. For every problem on my bikes the solution is ready. Fast and technically very competent repairs and information. I can only recommend bicycle repair company Petry to anyone. A nice shop with nice employees. Everything fine.

Extremely expensive & the owner is only cooperative and friendly as long as you are willing to pay money even though you have spent a lot of money in the store before
