Sales of accessories very friendly and competent.
When asked about the repair of an existing e-bike (not bought here), I received negative and very unfriendly reactions from above.
I would prefer to buy my accessories from people who are also considering a future business relationship and who are also friendly and polite to "foreign customers".
If I hadn't asked, it would have been a nice buying experience ...
Better again with small, established dealers where customer loyalty is a top priority.
I was there 3 times because I urgently needed spare parts, twice I was not served, because apparently only new sales count and the third time I had to find out that Bowden cables are not even available by the meter .... You ask yourself how the things can be repaired or . Attach special items etc.
Conclusion Amazon helps me better than the shed.
We bought a children's bike. Everything could be tried out and a lot of time was taken. We received very good advice and are therefore more than satisfied. Will certainly buy a bike here more often
