As an early retiree I was happy that 2 dear friends gave me a bike, but after only a week the chain broke. So off to Zweirad Niehues .... very friendly reception and the same day the message via cell phone, the bike is ready. Wonderful, I am very satisfied ... and say; Thank you so much...
I bought my bike there, but since then I haven't gotten the feeling that I get rid of it quickly. So even today, when I am told that I should buy a new bike instead of a conversion of around € 200, I hardly used my previous bike. After two minutes I felt I was back at the end of the consultation ... I mean, then I can buy my bike from the shelf at Real.
After 1.5 years I had a bearing damage on my newly bought bike. A new front wheel was installed within two hours and a click of the pedals was also repaired. The contact was friendly and competent!
Got help straight away as a bike tour. Plates in the front tire. Waited half an hour, done ... Thank you very much for the great help.
