5 stars are still far too few! Thank you Mr. Holzmann and team, for the competent service, the patient answering of my annoying questions and the super fast repair of my sweetheart. I'm looking forward to the pick-up this afternoon and will take the opportunity to take a look. We need a new e-trekking bike for the coming spring. When I wanted to hand in my one week old bicycle for repairs, the mechanic in the workshop scolded me and sent me away, without at least looking at the case. Just because I didn't buy the bike from them. Bad service, I can't recommend it.
