Unfortunately, I was very disappointed here. A leasing contract was drawn up in which it was clear that it could take 2 to 3 weeks for the bike to be picked up. The bike was still promised to me. After the employer had approved the leasing contract and an appointment to pick up the bike could be made, I had to find out that the bike that was promised to me had already been sold. I was not notified of this, even though a phone number was on file. Trust in this bicycle dealer has been lost in every respect.
Rented an e-bike here. Good service- everything was well explained. Price is completely ok - the bike is also insured and was great to ride. Great bike.
